Quote from: Chesterton
For, in order that men should resist injustice, something more is necessary than that they should think injustice unpleasant. They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

Anywhozits, Lackadaisy sidecomic FTW.
He says it was just a dumb animal, but he himself is an animal. Also, he's a cat; killing things does not bother them at all. I do not understand.

It's one of those things where they're all cats, but they're also just regular people, like with Maus and other works. I imagine the main reason they're all cats is because the artist prefers drawing anthropomorphic cats to drawing people.

It occurs to me that water would make a rather good orbital weapon. Especially since it can't compress.

IIII'M AAAAALIIIIIIVE!!!

Seriously, being sick with every other virus that Mother Nature could cook up for two weeks is not a fun experience.  At least I'm back on me feet, metaphorically and literally now I think.

So, anything exciting happen while I was busy slaying bodily ailments with liberal cups of tea and some conservative oatmeal?  cwhatididthere?

Have they released any information on the actual device?  I'm curious to see how they plan on folding space-time.

Here's the actual paper; a much better source than journalists whose average grasp of science is on an elementary school level. :P

Well, humans are animals, and we often dislike killing other animals. *shrug*

Some humans dislike killing animals. Some embrace it. It all depends on the individual. :P

I personally don't enjoy killing without a good reason. Although, some of my 'good reasons' are pretty petty.

Given the fact that we just discussed 'humans' are also classed as animals... Well, I might er, postpone that visit to Hans' place.
