On an unsurprisingly unrelated note, I recently acquired a 4-disc set of 101 classic Prussian military marches. Not only are they useful for inspiring my own composing, I can now listen to European-style military marches for more than five hours straight!

What kind? I like kappamaki and makizushi, but inarizushi tastes like what I imagine mucus-covered boiled human skin to taste like. It's quite range.

I wasn't really paying attention to what was ordered, but it was about half a dozen different types. The stuff with the cooked shrimp in the center and the stuff with the cooked eel in the center weren't bad, but most of the raw stuff had some sort of flavor to it which seemed to overpower the whole thing; a sort of salty-wet-spicy taste.
