And now it's not raining anymore. The storms recently have lasted less than 15 minutes.

I hate those, they get your hopes up and then disappoint. I like my weather consistent.

After feeling rather down today, I didn't expect to be invited to go to Wet 'n' Wild. Had some fun today. Rather burned out.

In other news, one job I was hired for pretty much went bust due to some communications problems, and I had to end the contract because of it, however, just as I ended it, another job offer came in. Just as well, it seems to be a better, at least more fun, job.

So, uh, I just found this in my dropbox public folder:

Holy crap. This is hilarious.

I made this?! I thought quality was something that I was incapable of!

I'm reading this play and I have no clue what's going on but it's pretty good. Is Gonzolo just cleverbot?

I am Gonzalo. I said all of the things Gonzalo said as replies to what the other two are saying. It's from a game called Facade. It's notoriously difficult to the point that people usually just play it to mess around with the characters.

Here's PewDiePie playing it.

Putnam, that was actually a pretty entertaining playthrough... I'm surprised you still "won" after all that nonsense too.

Anyone play Evermore? Pretty much the same mechanics as Secret of Mana, and you end up getting a robot dog that shoots death lasers. What's not to like?
You forgot to mention the dog was also a toaster. That game had some of the best humor of any game I have ever played. It's not quite on par with Portal, but it's clever and I'd say it's within an order of magnitude or so. Definitely quality gaming, and I actually like it better than any FF game.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

It's the only reason I decided to post it. I expected to lose after bringing up divorce or something, but no, they're like "this man speaks the truth! We must start the Holy Church of Gonzalo! Praise him!"

EDIT: I just realized that I've been on Bay12 for 1 year and two days now.
