What I mean is what's my happiness if I can't share it with others. Others that deserve it.

And really, things do get bumpy sometimes but hey. It's the price of living I guess. If I had to say something about it, at least it makes life a bit more interesting. I was a loner for far too long anyway in my teenage years.

And hell. If I wasn't such a self inflicted social outcast then, I might of known my fiancee was interested in being my fiancee rather than just a friend.

Working on my game. So much left to do. So much I want to do. Feeling overwhelmed, but this time it may be in a good way.

Oh, I'll let B12 rip it apart mercilessly and report back to me with their findings, have no fear.

Does it count as an alpha if this is the fifth total rewrite?

If there isn't enough for it to be called a beta, its an alpha.

It's pseudo-playable right now. I mean, combat works and a very little bit of the equipment is done (but not much. 12/282 equippable items!!) For me, who can GM/DM by the seat of my pants with zero prep time, yeah, I can run it. Everyone else? No, probably not.

As a result of playing a minecraft map modded only with Thaumcraft2 and watching the entire Hellsing series while playing on it, my mind appears to have now forever associated Thaumcraft2 with the feel of Hellsing.

Downloaded a demo of I Am Alive. It was decent; about what I was expecting. Downloaded a demo of Sniper Elite V2. Excellent, thank you Janet. Ended up buying...

Journey. It was beautiful. I'm not referring solely to the graphics (although they were gorgeous), but to the whole experience. I beat it once, and I expect to many more times. I was amazed at every turn (and terrified at a couple :P). I went through eight partners, but was lucky enough to
Spoiler: srsly, spoiler (click to show/hide)
That was the part that was most amazing. The multiplayer could not have been done any better. When the other person called out, it was only a button press for them, but it was a message for me. Don't be afraid. Don't be cold. Keep going. You're not alone.

I was kind of disappointed that in the credits, they had the list of players you met, but that list wasn't in your players met menu. I didn't manage to catch the last person's name, and I had a lot I wanted to say to them.

This was the first game in a long time (ever?) to bring me to tears.

EDIT: Also I bought Roller Coaster Tycoon, and wow nostalgia blast. I remember when I was a kid playing this, and my mom was helping me, and she accidentally dropped one of my mechanics in the lake, and I got really mad :P and then later, she thought she saw him, but it turned out to be a duck. That actually might have been the last game to make me tear up, heh.

Also she watched me play through the Sniper Elite demo and actually thought it was pretty cool. Awesome mom is awesome.

Journey is such an excellent game, it is probably my favorite of tgc's games so far. I really enjoyed puzzling out the backstory through the little snippets they gave you between levels. Actually, I really enjoyed everything about that game. One of the only truly great multiplayer experiences I've had.

I just wish there were more to it. The game seems so short when you've gone through it as many times as I have.

Finished Papercraft creeper. Never had so much fun wasting glue, paper and printer ink on easily-destroyed pieces of art.

That was a good video.
