I just had the best SS13 round ever. It was changeling, surprisingly but it was really great.

Urg. I just want to grab every journalist who tries to write about quantum computers and sit them in front of Nielsen's introductory lectures with their heads tied down and their eyes pinned open.

I'll care about quantum computers when I can buy a home version.

For, in order that men should resist injustice, something more is necessary than that they should think injustice unpleasant. They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

So I was reading some parts of Tvtropes and stumbled upon this particular trope.
Some parts down in the Video games section of that trope I found something quite ammusing.

It's probably old news to most of you but I felt it deserved an entry here.

Me: OR rather they are. It's not that unicorns dont' exist; it's that the unicorns left don't have horns anymore, so they look just like horses and blend in. The bastards are there but they're camouflaged. :P [:P]
Friend: HAHAHAHAHAHHA I think Noah forgot the unicorns, personally.
Me: NA, he got em, but then horns were all out of fashion so....
Friend: bahahahahaha

Trans friendly girl, cheering me right up :P

It's part of their charm that they don't try to offend anybody when they're not being evil, or even when they are.

So I've had dinner, and I'm nibbling on some bread crust, and this bread is freaking amazing, because I usually don't like bread, but this stuff is semi-dark, nice and crunchy on the outside and soft and fullfy on the inside, plus assorted seeds and stuff :D

Anyways, as I'm chewing it it occurs to me that I could do with something sweet, like jam or something to dip this into, make it even more awesome. Then it hits me, the age old recepie of margerine sprinkled with sugar, something I've had many times at my grandfathers place.

So I get some, and boy does it taste awesome, and does it taste like nostalgia.

Only bad thing is I didn't have any milk, they go hand in hand like war and death :>
