Glyph i don't think you ever had the chance of eating a large bird intestine so i will say this now, BIRD NASTY EWWW :P

Eating ostrich or Emu is no where chicken, its like turkey only alot more protein.

... turkey's good, too, though. Oversized-turkey sausage is bad?

I guess I'm mostly just curious if you've actually had giant emu sausage and thus gained a dislike of it via those means, heh.

Well, actually they have Emu farms where I'm from and I'm pretty sure people eat them, so I assumed they were tasty. If they were tasty overall, I'm not sure why Emu Sausage would be any less tasty than otherthing Sausage. Intestines are like hands down the most delicious part of pretty much ANY animal, at least any animal I've ever had the luxury of trying.

Emu tends to be a very oily meat, much more than your other types of poultry...
