That's what I love about Hawking.  He knows he's a genius, and he knows he doesn't have to prove it.  And when asked about it, he gives an answer he knows the person asking will understand.  He's not being condescending or being pretentious, he's just being.  He is a true master.

He also has a great sense of humor.  It's almost pointless to describe, because it's everywhere.

This is more something that made me happy yesterday, but Katawa Shoujo was finally released!  *squee!*
It is to my great shame that I have been playing this, as normally I avoid VN stuff like the dickens. But I have to give a VN where the characters are fleshed out enough that I actually dislike the main character some credit.
Stupid hipster VNs, everybody playing them because it's got some gimmick and experience a popularity spike grumble grumble grrrrr

...I have it installed though, I'll play it when everybody stops talking about it

Goodbye woodleaguers
You aren't going to avoid the woodleaguers just by being in Silver, as far as I've seen from WCF.

Which reminds me (somehow) that I really ought to finish Ever 17.

I'm in Minnesota, bitches! I'm staying with my sister and brother-in-law and their baby until next week Tuesday.

Also, my sister took me to a sushi buffet, and I got to eat spicy little octopodes. They were a bit chewy, but otherwise good.

I'm happy. I'm travelling to Ballarat today to visit a great historical village.

I may or may not also be visiting a dear friend of mine (who invited me to her wedding- I'm going to be a (what's the word? Bridesman?). Lookin' forward to wearing a tuxedo to it... It'll be epic.) who is having a baby in a month.

Probably not the place for this particular thread, but I was actually the one who convinced her to keep the child- she and her fiancee were worried they'd be unable to provide for it and so were torn- but I said 'A life with not many material possessions is vastly better than no life at all.'
Me being the tipping point sending them over to the 'light', so to speak.

So I actually went out of my way to get the secret ending to Sequence...
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
And one of the Steam achievements really piqued my curiosity, since it looked like there was a hidden aspect to the story that might help shed some further light. I look it up to found out how to get it since it's a definite Guide-dangit... and NOPE! Nothing important here, just a secret weapon that's worse than the one you get for free for beating the ultimate secret boss, who wasn't even that ultimate or secret. Good job game, I'll always think back fondly on you when I need to remember what disappointment feels like.

I still enjoy the sense of accomplishment though, since it feels like I'm getting less and less done nowadays, ergo Happy Thread.

Maid RPG. That is all.

I'm unsure how much detail I can get into here without causing problems so I think Ill try and remember things that are funny but not too bad.

Kobolds heads exploiding post cheerleader preformance.

Cheech Marin as a carpenter named Jesus, that one maid kept calling Jose.

A very grumpy tsundere 14 year old master with pink hair named after armor plating.

A maid I envisioned as looking like a elvish tanned Roberta from Black Lagoon.

My own maid which got described as an elvish pervert pinkie pie.

And the fridge exploded in wood and Jesus. Not to mention the flour bomb that tore a maids shirt off before playing a few mocking trombone notes.
