I just completed my second 1CC playthrough of Imperishable Night. And with the canon characters, to boot.

I ended up with no lives, bombs, or time bonus, so my score's crap, but the ending was hilarious because it reminded me of a certain western cartoon character, so it's all good.

I'm spoilering that unhappy post.  In other happy news, I got Skyward Sword :D  It's actually pretty challenging, frustrating at times, but I'm enjoying it more and more.

I finished playing "To the Moon". Amazing game, I cried several times, and even the most emotional games don't usually make me cry.

Got the M60 in Magicka, had an amusing time trying to keep ahold of it when I went into multiplayer with random people because they all wanted it.

The doctor called today...

Basically, I've spent 10 hours of my life listening to this song because it was recorded as the final project to one of my classes. In the end, the teacher liked it from a technical perspective, which is what I was being graded on. Plus, the jam band we brought in to record it wants me to upload it so that they can listen to it too.

Basically, being able to do this is why I'm going to school, so it feels go to have validation.

And because I've spent 10 hours of my life listening to it, I WANT YOU TO DO THE SAME.

I had a great date today!  We got curry and kee mao (and two cups of tea for me) and I saw the first episode of Futurama, managed to stop the guy from putting his arm around my shoulder because I'm not up for long-touching yet, but then I gave him a hug right before I got on the bus and left.  We went to a comic book store, a used book store, a game store, the hardware store, and his house.  And now I'm going to go see Sherlock Holmes with my favoritest roommate.

So this geology textbook I'm reading (Chernicoff, Whitney) has to be the best textbook I've bought all year. When the authors step outside geology it tends to get a little sketchy, on the other hand I've just learned that adamantine refers to a mineral luster resembling that of diamond.

I got into college again. This one, however, is in the (comparably) balmy city of Ann Arbor.

Seriously, Michigan Tech can be found in a few steps:
1. Take an arbitrary location in Michigan
2. Go to a location in Michigan north of that
3. Repeat until you run out of north
