Since there is no rational explanation given for this, I'm gonna assume Kael slipped a mickey into Yo-Yo Ma's drink, stole a wombat from the San Diego Zoo, and put the two together for a staged photo. EDIT: Humon finally offered her take on the Norwegian butter shortage, as I knew she would. I had forgotten that Denmark just recently put into place their "fat tax", so it's supremely amusing that Denmark wants its people to stop eating butter, even as its butter cartels push the soft, golden crack to all its neighbors. But Norway's import tariffs keep the Danes from dumping all their excess butter onto the market. It'd be downright hilarious if this led Norway to join the EU. "Aaaaaagh! Okay, we'll join your stupid economic union, just GIVE US BUTTER! We can't function without our lefsa!"  :P

You think I'm joking? Here's a quote I found in one story:

So....butter shortage only SLIGHTLY LESS worse than Hitler.  :P

I think somebody needs to do a Downfall rant....obviously Fegelein tricked him into playing Super Meat Boy instead of planning the defense of Berlin.  :P

So... I have 13 days of vacation, if I space it out just right that would give me either 3 9 day breaks or a single 19 to 20 day break. I have no idea what to do with it.

Checked my fee bill for the Spring Semester...I'm $1,080 in the green and also have some 'Prvt School Payment' giving me $1,000.

I'm glad we've still got people keeping the 90s alive.  When I see Michelle Bachman and Jersey Shore and Hangover 2 and think that society has lost its mind, I can think of the 90s, and then the 80s, and the 70s, and realize we never had one.
