I'm also really impressed with Skyrim... but I was impressed with their previous games for a while before I became annoyed with them.  I think this one will survive the wearing off of the wow factor, though.  I had major complaints about Oblivion and Fallout 3.  I have only minor complaints about Skyrim.

I imagine I'll be very happy after the mod community has had a year or two with it.  I hope someone revamps the melee system.  It's rather dull right now.

Since last fall break I watched the awesome which was Ghost in the Shell for the first time, I figured this time I would read through the manga. Thus far, it does not disappoint.

Anime is so easy to draw it isn't even funny. I don't know how to draw regular faces AT ALL or anything else for that matter, and I can do a shitty animus face in like 3 minutes. On the down side I kind of had to swallow pretty much all of my pride like a nasty 6 foot string covered in Crisco. I kind of feel sick and like I need to take a shower.

Just finished the first Ghost in the Shell manga. I never realized just how closely the movies and tv shows were to the source material. Really good thus far; and from what I can tell there's still the 1.5 and 2.0 manga for tomorrow.

It creeps up on you.  I checked my inventory once and found I had 3k+ of pearls, jade, and other 1 cent oddities.  Made me rich, but still.

Kinda a reason I also wanted to draw anime more than real people. Just that much easier. However, maintaining a consistent style (especially if you want to make like a series of art or something, or a character sheet) is the real challenge.

Indeed, but how do you make proper necks and hands (with fingers)? I can make the faces just fine, including the facial profile, but the hands, oh gog the HANDS!
