To celebrate my first paycheck, I made a 4500 calorie sandwich.

Not really possible, that'd require being able to lift it without it falling apart. I balanced it so that all the weight was falling inward, each half preventing the other from falling over. In retrospect, a poor decision. I should have expected this of a sandwich that literally incorporates whole meals as minor ingredients (there are two frozen macaroni and cheese dinners in here, and an omelette, although the latter is more significant in volume - also, hey, the first omelette I ever succeeded at without creating scrambled eggs instead).

But it's vegetarian, so that makes it healthy, right? It's even got spinach!
