If you could be a Bard in the military, I join the military as fast as I could. Who doesn't want to charge into battle with a nice song playing in the background?

Can you imagine the psychological results of bribing the enemy bard to play a requiem?

You were born a few hundred years too late.  I always how they picked who got to play the fife and drums in a musket line.  For that matter, they were actually critical to keeping the mass acting in unison, I wonder if it was ever considered a tactic to aim for the musician.  Kill The Medic, if you will.

It would've been a pretty damn bad drummer if he got all enemy muskets aimed at him. And a pretty loud one as well...

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Yeah, they were important to keeping an organized march of that many people. Same reason they had drum players on boats powered by mass oar movement.

I already knew about that MSH, I'd been thinking of an alternate world where the costume shop was the opposite of its not so useful self, and other things to simulate a PnP takeover of the US instead of a liberal crime squadding.

Looking it up, you seem to be right. But it looks a lot like someone took a guy with a rifle in his hands and shopped a guitar into the picture.

Funny how both positions look similar. Gun discipline looks too much like strumming a tune.

Fun with semicolons.
So a guy on my IRC has a stuck ; key or something; and we're using only semicolons to mock show solidarity with him.

It's better than the alternative:
