Played more Zelda 2 before getting out of bed. I don't know why I never got along with this game before. I'm really enjoying the combat. It's easily one of the hardest Zelda games.

Even after I found out that Aliens was where Bay12 gets it's name it made me smile when I saw that scene.

I remember coming across that a good while ago. Cracked me up. I don't recall if I mentioned it in this thread or one of the lower forum threads.

In other news:
Rain. Lots of it and plenty of wind too. Outside looks pretty cool right now.

Also Fantasy Football teams are about to go all out in a few minutes. Hope I win this time instead of just tie. Been keeping tabs on it to make sure I can score as high as I can this week. Can't exchange for anyone better. They're already/still claimed.

Studying for an exam is going a lot less terribly than I thought it would.  The exam's tomorrow, but I've covered all the material lightly before, and now just have to go back to brush up (and try a few problem-solving strategies I know I need to be pretty solid on, but haven't been able to cover to my satisfaction quite yet).

It kind of surprises me how much easier college gets as you go along.  I didn't experience a similar sort of thing in high school, not at all.

Now I get to read another chapter of Discipline and Punish, too, since I've been working pretty hard for the past two hours :3
