It was pouring down during the lunch hour, and there were maybe fifteen of us eating at Buffalo Wild Wings and being vulgar teenage guys. We all just had a moment where we slowed down, looked around at each other, and stopped talking. We quietly got up, paid for our meals, and went out to the covered porch. Then we started screaming and shouting, and we ran out into the field out back and played in the rain and mud. It was one of the funnest things I've done in a long time.

I have played it for a very short time at a friend's place.

It reminded me of Sonic 3.

I loved Sonic 3.

Sonic Colors is seemingly a harken back to all the things that made the earlier games good.  It has gimmicks, but what modern sonic game does not, and unlike unleashed it does not shift the gameplay a complete U turn into a completely different gameplay system that was probably never designed with a sonic game in mind in the first place. 

And yes, I played that steaming mountain of crap that is Sonic Unleashed within the same hour.  Who the hell decided to give Unleashed all the advertising dollars again?

Oh my god, when I manage to get on a computer with some actual music on it, Polynomial is going to be all kinds of fab.

Right now it's kind of boring due to lack of soundtrack, but I suspect that will very quickly shift to fucking mindblowing in the next bit.

I have obviously been watching too much EpicMealTime. I believe I just shortened my expected lifespan by a couple of days.

Ground beef mixed with green bell peppers and onion (look, we had to use them before they went bad, okay?) and egg and barbecue sauce and honey, wrapped around cream cheese. Bacon fried with honey and brown sugar, and the burgers fried in the resulting caramel grease. Bacon placed atop burgers on bun.

 There is a pretty decent LP on it, good stuff. The cutscenes are corny in a way that they almost seem self-aware about how corny they are. It is the best possible route they could go.

Why would I be concerned?  I've played Nethack.  Slime molds are tasty.

Obviously I've only been inspired by them. I don't have the budget to make something worthy of the show right now, but I feel this is about on par with the Angry French Canadian, or would have been if I put them all into one sandwich. >_____>
