Guys, this is happy thread. Feel free to PM us/me/him with questions.

Anyways, looking at some great demotivaters made me happy, in addition to tennis with friends.

Sorry, I mean no disrespect, it just came up in the thread :)

Thanks Dsarker, it reinforces good thoughts in me on religious people that while you look up to the man, that you still judge by yourselves aswell. This is a little thing to be happy about :)

My ship design lived up to it's name. :D
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Game is Star Ruler, btw. Hell of a fun time; thus far my awesome realizations include things like 'oh hey, I can built an artillery platform capable of wiping out life on any planet from my homeworld' and 'my battleships are so large as to require strip mining a dozen systems to build one.'

Does that game have a boarding party mechanic, that is what sells me on most of those kinda games

Just did another test run and pulled a nice rather consistent 32/24FPS broadcast on my livestream channel. Just as well, I made/uploaded a prequel video showing the first 5 levels (plus the option I didn't choose previously for mission 5; the first video was the other option). It was just a quick burn through, so it's not my usual gameplay style, but more a speedrun. But hey, now you get to see me speedrun the ravine mission in an F-16 (okay, maybe not a full speed-run, but I do go much faster than last time). ;D

(Not canon with my current savegame progress)

Edit: Just started up Link's Awakening in an emulator. I think I might cry, although that may be because I'm sick rather than actual emotions :b
Oh my god there's even that weird glitch where you go behind the Bowwow's dog house and between the fence. I remember doing that so much ;_;

Links Awakening is hands-down the best LoZ title, according to my brother and myself. Majora's Mask comes second. It really is a fantastic title.

I remember accidentally stumbling upon that glitch- I think it's easier to do if you dig the ground there first. We'd always get plopped into some unholy rendition of Bottle Grotto, so my brother and I named it Grotto Bottle. We were creative buggers, I tell you. :U

The part with the block switches, except all the sprites were screwed up? That was one of my favorite versions. I think it relies on enemies you kill right before you do it. Killing 8-9 enemies would put you in a different place than 2 or 3. Link's Awakening DX added some things, didn't it? Was one of them the red/blue tunic choice? I remember finding that in DX, but not in the original.

Ah yes, DX had the pictograph quest and the Color Dungeon, apart from the whole game being in color. I honestly prefer the original, even if just for the secret ending bit.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Well there's a good and a not-so-good ending, if that's what he means.

Nothing quite makes sense right now. Maybe my brain is as full of snot as the rest of my face.
It was quite fun trying to puzzle through my Calculus homework. I just couldn't get any graphs to work; I had to do them point-by-point on paper, and hope it was supposed to be a curve, not a poorly-marked line.
Off to the realm where nothing has ever made sense!
