I feel sad for laughing, now D:

Anyway, I'm happy because my computer isn't lagging.

Does clicking on the link result in NSA agents arriving at your door?

Spoiler: Hedgehog! (click to show/hide)

Hopefully fixed!
You know, when we used to live in the Netherlands we had a hedgehog that lived in our back garden, it'd come out at night and we fed it milk, and I got to pet it a couple of times, it didn't run when we got close, instead it just curled up into a ball. It was oddly sort of... friendly, it wouldn't come up and nuzzle you, but if you sat down and waited it really had no problems coming up to have a look at you. It was a fearless little bastard. Course, then winter rolled around and we never saw it again... :(

The wife and I are seriously considering buying some hedgehogs as pets when we get our own place again.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Challenge accepted!
I thought they removed that part of the site o_o;  That's as bad as say... no, I don't think there's anything as bad as that.  Especially since the current holder of the record is the World Trade Center bombing... I can't think of anything more encouraging to terrorists ._.

Go to Google maps.  http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&tab=wl

Enter "China" as your starting point, "Taiwan" as your endpoint. Get directions.

"Step 48: Swim across the Pacific Ocean 165 km"

:P
This made me smile.
Not that new, though. I've seen someone point out the 'Jetski across Pacific Ocean' line around that point going from China to Japan before.

I don't mean to dig this up but...

Quote
Turn right onto Kalakaua Ave - 1.3 mi

Kayak across the Pacific OceanEntering Japan - 3,879 mi

Turn left - 0.3 mi

From Hawaii to Japan. It's too bad I can't get any sort of map to work to show me the exact route it wants me to take across the Pacific Ocean.

I started a game of Tacticus today. We got a lot of turns in, and I finished a nice poison formula (thanks to the guys on IRC for all the help), working out the brands and monsters, it's pretty much like writing a Table Top RPG in pieces. Fun, but a little stressful.

I mowed the lawn today. A brush mouse scurried out of the bushes next to me. Adorable little thing.

Just finished reading Illness as Metaphor!

I'm not sure if it lived up to what I'd hoped it would be, but it was interesting at the very least.

Ever since I saw a photo of a man with a question-mark shaped beard posted on this very forum, I have had meaning in life. Today, a friend of mine had a question mark shaved into the side of his head. It begins.

EDIT: wahahahahaha ahaha hahaha oh my god I am a major factor in this having happened
