Just finished a campaign of Atom Zombie Smasher. Despite using the Chooser setting(the random unit selection could break you at times) to keep artillery in my lineup, as well as Partywagon, it was pretty fun.

Other than the one that unlocks everything at the start(including stage 2 outbreaks), is there any way for the Gas Line Rupture to be in effect at the start? I know it's supposed to be a Zed bonus, but a well placed arty salvo or TNT charge can kill hundreds of zombies if a building explodes.

5 sleeps to bloodstock. Already packed everything, and everything is in place apart from the day. Thursday cannot come fast enough.

I just hope the weather holds up. Sonisphere was pretty muddy this year, and last year I am told that Bloodstock 2010 is remembered as Mudstock. Also our tent (there are 4 of us in one huge tent) is 9 years old and it's suffered a bit in the 5 years of disuse it's had, so we're bringing some tape just in case of leaks/cracked poles.

Apparently I got invited for a 'Medieval Court Dances Performance' tonight.

Kidding aside, I've always been a big fan of medieval fairs/games/books/whatever.

Despite being sore from yesterday's yard work and previous surfing session (and getting a bit cooked by the sun), I went out surfing this afternoon and caught a decent amount of waves, even some that showed no promise of being catchable. That was pretty fun. And fighting through a bit more sore pain from this recent session, I might be heading out to a better spot with my sister to catch some more formidable waves.

As a bonus, it's nice to have finally built up the stamina to start building up skill for surfing. Heck, it's nice to go out surfing again in general. Also have the whole family visiting for the weekend as well. Been pretty fun so far.

I'm seriously surprised at how well I slept last night. That was some of the most restful sleep ever.

Edit. The below needs no explanation.

My parents did a terrible job keeping the house clean when their kids are away. Its up to me to put order to the house. Am I a bad enough dude to be a good son?

Im actually kinda happy about this because I always sorta felt like there was an unspoken law about what you could and could not touch or mess with. All that is gone now, time to make this place look swanky.
