5'10'' 198 lbs.  My weight seems to fluctuate quite a bit over time for some reason I can't pin down though.  About the same time last year I was 170 lbs.  Year before that I was 190.  No eating habit or activity differences that I can gather.

I've developed a bit of a gut from all my soda drinking though I should probably cut down...   Nah. *sip*

I've been fluctuating between "How are you still alive" and "There's a stiff breeze outside, better carry some weights" for 2 or so years.

six foot, about 200 pounds I have a bit of flab, and am really out of shape. I have a bulky frame, broad shoulders and such (I had a killer upper body when I did Tae Kwon Do). I also have red hair where the rest of my family is brown (except my oldest brother who has dark red, it's pretty close to brown). I'm also taller than the rest of my family, including my brothers, who are both older than me (which can be funny "this is our younger brother, he is significantly bigger than both of us).
Since I'm tall, British, have red hair, pale skin, burn to a crisp in the sun... I like to think I've got throwback Scandinavian genes from when they came over during their "good old days"...
... I'm not sure why I'm posting this, I'm usually pretty protracted about my appearance... Maybe I'm just loosening up.

I now have the addition of a 2nd smaller bookshelf so now my book overflow problem should be taken care of.

On the subject of height and weight I'm about 5'8" and somewhere in the range of 180-190 lbs. With Ren Faire coming up I'll probably end up losing a few pounds.

...on this note, I was out eating with my family, and chatting with my step-dad (who'd had a bit to drink). When the food came on hot plates, I assured the server that I could handle it, since I still had heat-proof kitchen callouses on my right hand. He chimes in, saying "Oh, that's not what those are from," and gives me this goofy, "wink wink, nudge nudge, say-no-more say-no-more" look over his glasses.

Oh, I will get him back. You mark my words.

Just so you know, that doesn't actually happen. Unless you manage to hit yourself in the eye with it, which would require you to be very bad at it or really good at it.

I guess I should add that I'm grateful for all the support I've been receiving recently.  It's helping me face up to the extent of my social difficulties in some areas, while also permitting me to feel good about the successful strides I've made in others.

Short-term meeting people: still totally dysfunctional.
Long-term relationships: as long as I remember them (>___________________>), going pretty well.

I want to become as controlled as the mathematicians I've met, who are clearly keeping an iron control on enormous amounts of weird and SO COOL >_<

Also, I am extremely close to finishing The Confessions of Saint Augustine.  It is amazing, and brilliant, and Thyme completely short-changed it when she told me what it was about.  Seriously, it's something I recommend to anyone who wants to seriously pursue an understanding of Christian philosophy and monasticism, or just Western thought in general.  Beautiful.

I think I'm going to bother her tomorrow evening and ask her about the other books she read for her introductory Humanities course in college, because I feel like I've missed out on something good as a technical major.

I'm not entirely sure what you guys are talking about. I was talking about the callouses I'd gotten from recent carpentry work. Hammering wood, smoothing and polishing dowels, etc.

But seriously, I've been feeling pretty handy lately. My cat has destroyed about $90.00 worth of audio recording hardware, such as microphones and headsets. I've been dissecting some multi-channel audio cables, separating out the insulated layers that make them up, and splicing them back together. I'm awfully close to having a working microphone again, and I'll have made it all by myself (sorta)!

Aha, the cat is what prevented you from amusing us at odd hours. I can't imagine how frustrating the fixing work is, since I don't know shit about electronics and wiring and all. Good luck though.
