Watching some football between two dunno, it says NZL and URU, I don't care much who wins but it's fun watching now and then.

I'm really coming to like this programmer dvorak... Whereas with qwerty typing is, by design, a flurry of fingers flying across the keyboard to get to the next letter, dvorak typing is almost restful. It's so strange, after so many years of qwerty typing to be moving my fingers so little while typing. I'm also quite surprised by how quickly I'm picking it up; it's almost making me want to learn a new language.

I think today was the first time I went out with someone and acquired food without knowing them for a year or three in meatspace first.  I've still never initiated the primary little bits of a relationship including Doing Things With People before, but I'm going to keep working at it.

I'm proud of myself.

I also saw a half-eaten peanut butter and jelly sandwich under some seats on the bus today.  It was kind of cute.

I managed to walk for three hours straight today, my goal is four hours. thats not to bad for a 240 pound guy lol, but my heart and feet hurt like hell. I'll keep it up for a few days then go up to four hours. Also, in other news, I managed to switch to cold showers today. That should toughen me up a little.

Don't hurt your heart too much. It'll get stronger with time, but doing too much too fast can actually harm it.

Yeah. Even hard training athletes don't train each day.

I started drawing some random stuff today, the end result was somewhat decent. Im pretty proud of myself, since I always thought that my art skills were worse than a mentally retarded monkey.

Played Incursion for the first time today. Twice now I've been killed off by Giant Tortoises. Either I'm missing something, or these turtles are really hardcore. XD

Err... maybe not those who mainly do anaerobic tasks, but as a runner I've run almost every day this summer. This week is the climax of my summer running program, actually, with a slight scaling back of workouts until XC season starts. I'm happy because Day 1 is already over of X-TREME week. I'm aiming for 154 miles, that being two 11 mile runs per day. Today's times were 1:19:13 and 1:25:04, but I aim by the end of the week to get that down to 1:15:00/1:15:00.

My legs are sore, but this is going to be awesome at the end.

Yeah that's definitely some hardcore endurance.  What is that, 7 minutes per mile for 11 miles straight?  Daaaaaaaaamn.

Got to see the Meiji Gakuin Higashimurayama High School's handbell choir tonight, they sounded very nice even if I don't normally listen to that type of music. Helped set up and take down tables/stage sections.

Finally beat Ice Crown Citadel.  I'm happy.  Strangely beating an arbitrary final boss of an old World of Warcraft expansion was on my list of things I would be really happy to do.

This is of course ignoring the fact that we were doing the 10 man normal version....and still wiped 6 times...despite the whole raid being level 85 (5 levels higher than the maximum possible level when Icecrown was relevant) and most of us being cataclysm raid geared which should have made everything trivial.... and this is AFTER I had gotten the defender of a shattered world title which was the title for beating all of the harder raids, making it like some kind of crazy MMO sequence break.

But I'm still happy dammit.  And it's funny when valkyr start throwing folks off the edges and it takes a whole 2 minutes for people to start asking where the healer went.
