It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

I doubt I could learn. Hell, sometimes even English letters start looking funny to me.

I personally find Japanese grammar ridiculously easy.
Once you get past the barrier of the writing, yeah.
Of course, I actually really like kanji.

I'm hoping to learn Japanese at uni.
Ditto.

Funfact: people who learned several languages as kids have an easier time learning new languages when they're older. That'll more than compesate my lack of linguistic skills! HA!

Feh. I was pretty good at it. Dunno if that's due to good teachers, actually linguistic skill or what, though.

Well if you memorize the hiragana and katakana sets you can get through most things.  That's the easy part.  The kanji is more difficult to memorize (pretty much impossible to memorize all of them) and the grammar works differently.

Vector, your last few posts have been so awesomely smile inducing, I would suggest them to be put on a stamp. :P

I needed those laughs. I'd hug you, but I know you and the general physical contact aren't always on speaking terms. :)

Went to South Bay, found a boba place.

Sat down with my delicious smoothie- place is swarmed with high school kids inside and out. Got Starcraft 2 lan going and a bunch of them outside failing at skateboarding. Huge bunch of asians joking with their "token black friend" and these two girls start kissing like it's perfectly normal.

I grew up on the wrong half of the world. Times are changing :)

I thought Starcraft 2 didn't work with LAN? Other than that thats sounds like a pretty cool place.

That is indeed true last I checked. But you get the equivalent albeit with higher latency simply using the normal internet method. So it would be a lan-less lan party. :)
