I was digging through the dumpster at work today(not an unusual event) and picked up a bitchin' amp and something that I think is for cassette tape dubbing. I dunno if they work, but they look in good condition, and I figure I should be able to rig some speakers up to the amp.

No english patch, but you don't really need to know japanese.
Or rather, you just have to learn a couple of words so you know how to start a game and exit the game.
Not even how to read them, just recognise.

Exactly. Topmost selections are usually the safest by my experience.

It's not luck, it's you actually not being too lazy to not learn another language besides english. (I plead guilty)

Alternatively: out of necessity so I could play games like this without stumbling through them.
Fun fact: I was first inspired to learn Japanese when a Japanese friend lent me his Japanese copy of Pokemon Ruby.

I'm hoping to learn Japanese at uni. No idea if it'll work out like that.
