I just thought of a somewhat humorous paradox in my earlier post.

 I think I'm insane.
 If I consider the possibility of being insane, that's a sign I'm sane.
 ...Meaning now I think I'm sane, which means I could actually be insane.
 ....Which once again means that I'm actually sane, since I'm considering my sanity.
 Infinite loop.
 
 I think that thoughts like these still mean I'm sane though.

Seen that. It doesn't end like that. It ends with them trying to figure out the nature of the dot and getting existential questions.

Good zombie movie as i ever thought of it, ending was weird but still damn great, not much can be said for the sequel though.

I loved the sequel.  More than the first, actually.  It didn't try to accomplish the same things.  It was more of a subtle survival horror genre subversion.  I have a sort of analysis written up on the horror thread somewhere.

That's the name of the most famous song on the soundtrack, that sort of became the theme of the whole franchise.  It's definitely my favorite on the album.  Very powerful.

The track was featured over the climactic confrontation of the film, and recurs in several scenes in the sequel, 28 Weeks Later. It is also featured in a climactic torture and fight scene in 2010's Kick-Ass, and was covered by British Death Metal band The Rotted on their album 'Get Dead Or Die Trying'. It was also featured in a trailer for the post-apocalyptic Ukrainian videogame Metro 2033. The song was also covered by indie developer James Silva for the Xbox Live Arcade game The Dishwasher: Vampire Smile, in a Guitar Hero style minigame segment where the protagonists play guitar solos. I'm employed again!  In addition to computer engineering, I'm doing business analysis, and some high-level design.  It's the start of a solid foundation for management someday!  Also, all the free movies I want.

A little scary though since they practically put me in charge of a big chunk of stuff from the beginning, and I'm expected to set up meetings instead of just being called to them.  I guess this is what it's like to be a grown-up?

Also, my commute has changed from a 15-minute drive to a 20-minute drive, 50-minute bus ride, 20-minute walk each way.  Oh well, not happy about that, but maybe I'll get a closer apartment someday...  I'm just happy to draw a paycheck again.

Yeah, that was the one I was thinking of. Looked it up on Spotify. Really great song. Not so much when I heard it in Kick-Ass, though. That was just really narmy and almost ruined that moviefilm (I give up, spellchecker. You win.) for me. Probably because I relate it so much with 28 days later.
