Just came back from my friends place, the one in the hospital is ok it seems, some scratches and bruises but he seems more than fine mentally.Then we had a barbecue, ate till we couldn't move, then messed around in his pool for a while, then ate some more and now i'm home wrapped in a towel, going out soon for some more fun and drinking :D

Got back from clam digging, snagged me 1½ dozen, at least 3 of them the size of my palm. Today was a good harvest on my end. Everyone else harvested an average of maybe 6 each. I must've found a bed of them where I was digging.

In other news, I finally managed to find a solution to finally get Killing Floor to play, sorta at the expense of my profile each time I have to: Basically, I just have to delete the Killingfloor.ini and/or user.ini file in the game's system directory, and then reboot it. It runs again. Maybe the game just hates being played windowed and at a high resolution.  :-\ Unfortunately, despite killing several circus scrakes with a crossbow (sandbox, regular solo, even online; and a good share were headshots to be sure, and exclusively crossbow hits, no other weapon hits them, even while swamped with other zombies) no achievement. What the hell? Broken achievement. The last prize I want to get is A. I. War's Zenith Reminant, and I'm just 1 ticket away. Argh. Might just take on Serious Sam instead.

Apparently, Universe Sandbox does not like masses over 200 suns.

Which may be why it crashed with ~20 Canis Majoris' smashed into my CORE, which already had eaten about 100 suns, 200 Jupiters, 65 Earths and Titan.


Wheeeee, astrophysics! I love this game.

The moon?

No, do it with Ceres. The asteroid belt will Flip the fuck out as all these asteroids get sucked in and flung out of the system at .14 the speed of light. Of course you could just turn up the speed to 1 year and watch all the planets decide that the sun is a bitch and go hang with Alpha Centauri.

Except for Jupiter, Jupiter always sticks around. :\

Finished Ocarina of Time 3D earlier. Huge nostalgia rush. The whole experience made me smile like few other games have lately.

 The Technorama in Switzerland had an exhibit on model trains with a large system running in the middle of the show floor, although I only got a glance at it before we had to leave. And apparently I loved trains when I was younger, so gotta be supportive of my unconscious likes.
