Also, I have something on-topic to say...

Watching a really retarded kids show made me happy today.

I think a few brain cells died as I did so, but I don't know why I'm watching this shit man.

EDIT for spoiler.

Guys don't make posts that are just images. If you're going to actually do some mildly on topic discussion make sure there's at least discussion going on.

Checking out Wizorb, and checking out other pixel art from that link led me to a post regarding low-poly 3D art. Quite inspiring, and could make for good exercise and a learning platform for 3D art. I'm still interested in doing some; at least to apply as a medium for art.

Would like to at least get some of my old sketches made 3D and check out how well it translates for most of them. I dedicated some time and thought into an entire race's armada design, from podships carrying troops, to capital ships that ferry other capital ships. As impractical most of them looked (essentially bladed weapons made as air/space craft with melee capability; even the capital ships), they looked pretty damn cool.

So The Boss and Big Boss are pretty much the most awesome people ever.  I'll have to keep that in mind.

The boss Worked for her country, even though she was branded a traitor and so, after her mission, she would be executed.

Noticed web ads with 'Michele Bachman for President' all over the place. I also noticed the site they link to has no ads (and thus no ad revenue) on them. Guess it's time to clicky clicky and give the pages on which google puts the ads some extra revenue. >:D

Also, it seems we have at least 1 new forum emoticon. Huh.

Just watched trollhunter.
Now that, that is a monster movie. The monsters were interesting and we got a real look at them for a change, and the protagonist wasn't just a flat wall of stereotypical gruff action hero, but had some depth to him. Hell yea.

The area in the first third of the movie is where I'm from.

I suspect the movie works even better if you're familiar with norwegian folk stories. How is the english version done btw, dubbed or subtitled?

Subbed, for sure. I know a little of traditional European folklore, but nothing that I know I can trace back to norwegian.

Also, I envy you, soooooooo much. The area that they filmed in was amazing. Just beautiful. I sort of want to move there. People say Australia is nice to look at, but we got nothing on that.
