Then where's my jet-pack  >:(

Still, that's pretty damn awesome.

Jetpacks aren't practical because they don't use cold-fusion.

Also, we do have flying cars, they're just expensive and not worth the trouble.(LOTS of trouble.)

Hoverboards then. Where are those?

Well, we got our first non-board hoverbike recently. Hoverboards can't be too far from now.

Just watched trollhunter.
Now that, that is a monster movie. The monsters were interesting and we got a real look at them for a change, and the protagonist wasn't just a flat wall of stereotypical gruff action hero, but had some depth to him. Hell yea.

Red Faction Guerrilla made me happy today. If Red Dead Redemption is Grand Theft Horse, RFG is Saint's Row Mars.

@Vertigon:

Excuse me, the endorphins mess with my brain, and props for RDR and RFG.

Chinese opera.

That melisma!  It's so great.  It's distracting me from a. German homework and b. how hungry I am, too.

This opal sphere. It's oddly calming to roll it between my fingers. I like this thing, and it was easily worth the 3 dollars I paid for it. In fact, had I known I'd like it this much, I might've paid 5 times that much.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Lp binging with friends is fun! I also got the entire X series today :D

Plus I have a massive ego boost from realizing the implications of my friends agreeing how much I look like some gothy amateur porn star I found the other day.

I finally got a inter tube for my bicycle. It was pissing me off by resisting being patched. I fell good.

I have found, that apple seeds contain cyanide.

Said cyanide is low, and yet it makes the seed taste like battenburg.
I love battenburg. So very much.
