Sugimoto Kousuke makes me wish I could understand Japanese well enough to understand lyrics to songs. Well, the song used in his latest animation.

70% score in Prevmed. About 10% greater than my highest estimates, based on a skimming of the test's answer sheet. The path becomes clearer.

Just watched a clockwork orange for the first time. Interesting to say the least... The bazaar take made me happy.

You should also read the book, so you get the full experience.  You can decide for yourself whether the final chapter was profound or an inexplicable addition.

Makes me happy though, because it reminds me of one of my greatest triumphs of slacking ever, when I pulled off an A+ seven page essay comparing the book and movie, despite not actually seeing all of either, in about eight hours the night before it was due.  Immediately after doing the same for The Virgin Suicides.  All on the last day of the semester, thus saving my grade in that class.  So awesome.

Kudos Aqizzar!
An entire movie about pavlovian conditioning with extreme violence and rape, topped by a deeply sarcastic protagonist who I still do not trust? Love it.

I am now officially titled "executive producer" on an album. I don't care how fake it is in reality, it's technically true and goes on my CV ;D

I return to the SF bay the 17th, in time for Firedrums, the largest congregation of fire performers dedicated to their art in the country and perhaps the world. Many of the best in the world.

I've been blasting Nujabes all morning and dancing.

Playing with a grappling hook mod in Minecraft. Used the gravity gun mode to roast a pig over a fire. It dropped cooked pork rather than raw. Oh Notch.

Great music. Been a fan of them since I first heard their work in Samurai Champloo.

EDIT:
Rest in peace, apparently. :(

EDIT EDIT:
Now that I think of it, his songs would make awesome tracks to Audiosurf.

I entered hemmingjay's Terraria raffle at the last minute. I won a copy. Mine was the first name to come up. I might switch back to the Vriska avatar, because I have all the luck. All of it.

Bah, I really liked it.  It gave the book a little extra emotional dimension; certainly wouldn't call it profound, but it did add more than it subtracted in my point of view.
