No.  The game appears to glitch and restart, but now Joker is driving the batmobile and has captured Batman.  The Scarecrow gas is making Batman live out his fear that he's just as crazy as the people he's fighting (Hint:  He totally is).  Joker pulls out a gun and shoots him, and then it shows the game over scene and says "Use the middle stick to dodge Joker's gunfire."  There is no middle stick.  You can't dodge it.  They're fucking with you.

It's also a giant cocktease to everyone who doesn't own a PS3, since the "play as the Joker" mini-campaign is still PS3 exclusive, but for a few brief beautiful seconds, you get to hope a little bit.

Oh man, I found something almost as awesome as the dickpunch.  Sometimes Batman will do the face-to-face finisher to an opponent lying on his stomach.  Batman jumps on the guy and punches him in the back of the head.

It's not a sissy punch either.  It's one of those quick jabs you see in boxing all the time where you're thinking "Man, that was a really light punch" but the guy's on the ground and paramedics are trying to put his head back together.
