My friend does the best Angry Isaac Newton imitation.

We like thinking about what would happen if Newton met Fermat, and other such hilarious mathematician mashups.

"Well, Newton, I'm sure that you can understand, brilliant as you are, that if we just compute the first three terms the entire rest will appear in kind, and there is no need to tire yourself with the details."

"WELL YES OF COURSE I ALREADY KNEW THAT IT'S ELEMENTARY :I"

"Good.  I don't have to prove it then.  Say, have you eaten anything today?"

"..."

"I have some apples."

"SILENCE IT IS TIME FOR CALCULUS AND THAT WASN'T FUNNY THE FIRST TIME"

He is the best.

Ask for a Newton vs Leibniz cage match.

Only one man can be credited for Calculus. GO!

Roffle, my professor does a good AIN imitation as well, so we had a wonderful reenactment of their arguments-via-letter and Newton's "YOU LOOKED AT MY WORK AND YOU ARE PLAGIARIZING PLAGIARIZING PLAGIARIZING NEENER NEENER" response to Leibniz' "Well, I looked at it for about half an hour, and I already knew how to do all that stuff anyway :D"

I really enjoyed that class.  Something wonderfully energizing about it.

Time to bring back the Newtonian naming conventions!

...

Science of the fluxions? Method of the fluxions? Fluxionary calculus? Fluxional calculus? Methodus Fluxionum et Serierum Infinitarum, bitches?

For the record, Event Horizon is not a mindscrew. It's an averagish horror film. It's entertaining (and can be entertaining) but doesn't really inspire debate.

On notes of mindfucks, STALKER the movie is quite awesome, but then again Tarkovsky tends to make those kinds of movies, the book isn't bad either i've heard, but i'm yet to find a copy.

I know entirely way too many bad math related pick-up lines, and it's my hs calc teacher's fault.

Went to church while it rained like fuck.

When I was walking home, my umbrella broke.

I was wet as fuck, and it was flooding like nobody's business.

It was fucking awesome.

Had another dream.. It actually seemed to be a copy of another dream.. Only that things were different slightly, and it ended up with me going into different realitys. Weird stuff.
