Eh.  That's not really so weird.  Catholics claim to literally chew Jesus.  Transubstantiation and all that.

So I always marvel at how white my floors are when I clean them.
Apparently, so is my sink.
I didn't even notice it was dirty at all until it was clean.

I vacuumed under the living room couch that I suspect has never been vacuumed under before (I've lived in the apartment 3 years, I think the couch has been there 3 years before that too). Worse than Vietnam, but it felt like I'd reduced the entropy of the universe afterwards.

I think the detached pool-room and walkway, with all the ground floor glass walls, would be a bit of a liability.  Sure, you can seal them off from the house, but now you can't use them.  And if suspense movies have taught us anything, if there's an unsafe section of the structure that can be cut off, somebody will get trapped in it.

I think the two real concerns I would have with the house as a safety system are: 1) How fast can it button up and unbutton?  2a) Does it have to be connected to a live power grid for the doors to function?  And if so 2b) could you at least get it open by hand somehow?

I dunno why, but all I can imagine now is an old, deep-southern guy rocking back and forth in a basement in front of a computer saying "Ihma buy that before the ZOMBAHS coommee!"

Hah!  Punch Chinese Remainder Theorem in the snout to establish dominance!  Go Vector!

...

This is kind of fun.  Also, I only have one more problem left, which means that I can probably go to bed nowish, because I have a full 5 hours free tomorrow to finish 'er off.

I can now legally drive a light motorvehicle. That is a tractor, a moped or a snowmobile.

Also won ~40€ from a slots machine.

I'm going to the Renaissance Fair tomorrow. Though this is in the happy thread, I'm not sure whether or not to be happy. I've recently have not wanted to go and my mother has no money, so I wouldn't be able to get anything to eat/drink/have while there.

Trust me, it should be alot of fun regardless. Which one are you going to? If its one in Southern California I know the people there, hell if you were to send a pic of your family I could try to get the whole guild (Yeomen/Queen's Guard) to mess with ye.

Yeah, this is my fourth or fifth time going. ;D Also, it is a Southern California one. It's not my family going though, it's me and my friends. I don't feel like grabbing a picture, though.
