You may need to drag me out behind the shed and shoot me for this one.

But nothing can kill my love of Poland.  Not even accordions and dubiously assembled videos with cut-and-paste flying falcons.

Kocham cię, Polska~

Arbl farble garbledegook!

...but yay Baltic folk music! (EDIT: 4:40 in it gets exceedingly silly.) Stuff like this, and the concert I heard last week make me REALLY want to learn fiddle/violin.

EEEEEEEARRRRR WORM!

Anyways, today I started trying to learn the Common English Mode of the Tengwar script, as on omniglot here: http://www.omniglot.com/writing/tengwar_eng.htm

Now, I need to figure out a thesis for my research paper (On LotR/Hobbit/Silmarillion). It'll come eventually.

And, as Polish as I am, the pronunciation for that language is quasi-eldritch.

Whaiiiit, you're a Pole too?

Hurray!  Let's all be Polish~  Except for me.  I'll just sit here awkwardly being a mutt and learning all of your languages :3

Only halfway. And fourth-generation.

Edit: By that, my grandparents were born in America, in case I used the wrong term or poor wording.

Yeah, I'm that way on the other side of the family. Three-eighths Irish, but the only son of a son.
