It's an APC, the one Ultor uses instead of FBI vans in their barricades.

It has a pintle-mounted machinegun on top that you (the driver) can control :3

Yeah, go do the epilogue quests before you do any others. A garage full of Bears and shittons of Assault Rifles.
Although I do prefer the Ultor bear to the military one

Haha, they're holding police dudes hostage while shooting each other xD

Saints Row 2 with cheats on is trippy.

I just saw a little old lady pick up a big-ass bouncer dude and throw him like several meters into the air and stuff. She then pulled out a pistol and shot him till he died.

When I tried to run away, she caught up to me (maneuvering past debris) and threw me out of my own car :(

Lesson learned. Don't mess with old ladies.
