Haha, wow that's bad.
Anyway, I did not realise there is an actual D Flat.
I heard there was a D Sharp, but not flat.

So, I was in C++ class, and we had 50 minutes of lab time after our lecture. I didn't get anything done, because I'm two weeks ahead in labs, and I was too busy tutoring three other students who were all at the deadline. One of them called me "Professor". ^_^

I only hope one day my son will be  at least half as badass as your daughter.

Nice. I dream that my son will grow up loving the burn, so I will have someone to go eat Sichuan with me. I've already given up hope on my daughter--she seems to have have inherited her mother's oversensitivity to capsaicin.

Now if the two year old puts hot sauce on the spicy chicken nuggets, *that* is hardcore.  :P

Give her time. She's already stolen my buffalo hot sauce chips, and ate half the package before I could get to her.

Just freed up about 13 gigs of harddrive space by finally deleting a bunch of useless old games I never play or will play.  All so I can install one game I have a distinct feeling I'm going to lose interest in quickly.  But hey, harddrive space.

And if you don't like it you can uninstall it and play all those other games you've been holding out on?

Damn straight.  Point is, harddrive space.  I just wish it didn't all have to crawl its way back and forth through a USB 1 port.  Whatever happened to that "FireWire" business?

Relevant section from Wikipedia:
Quote
However, the expensive hardware needed to implement it (US$1–$2) has prevented FireWire from displacing USB in low-end mass-market computer peripherals, where product cost is a major constraint.

Under the license offered by MPEG LA, a royalty of US$0.25 per unit is payable upon the manufacture of each 1394 product.
IEEE 1394 being the technical name for Firewire.

Oh God. My aunt and uncle had roughly a floppy disk's worth of space free on their quarter-terabyte drive. I have no idea what most of it was from, but emptying their recycle bin got 4GB, and deleting the useless parts of their previous hard disk got another 40. I told them to just get another hard disk if it became a problem again.
