This has been an absolutely amazing day, especially given that I slept 4 hours, woke up at 5, and haven't eaten until now (3 PM).  The oddest thing about that is that I barely noticed the hunger.

I got my Russian homework done, excelled in Russian class today, read about eating habits in other countries, finished my difficult problem with minutes to spare...

Then I got to have class with beloved Professor Denmark (having almost run over Professor Poland, and having skipped out on most of Professor Russia's class by accident [I was working a problem in the library and must have zoned out or something, because when I checked the time class was half over] =/).  He showed us a beautiful (but flawed) construction; I really sucked at part of the boardwork we were supposed to do, since my background is more theoretical than the other students', but when it came to theory I was the only person able to explain what was happening.  I should be able to fully understand the things I didn't get as early as Monday.

After that, Professor Denmark came by to chat with me after class about how awesome he thought that construction was.  Then I apparently rediscovered Archimedes' workaround for the same problem in roughly two seconds.

Vector 1, Archimedes 9001.

Then, as I was dawdling about leaving the class, he stood outside, holding the door for me and waiting for me to leave.  Didn't need to lock the door or anything... it was nice.

And, this evening, I will be re-re-watching Inception with a roommate and his friends :3

Is it just me or does every dad in the world have to know an 'IT guy', my dad knows like, four of them.

I came across the greatest idea for a dungeon in D&D ever in one of my webcomics today.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

I got to use the classic Sherlock Holmes line, "you see but you do not observe" on someone THREE separate times today!
