My progress so far:

EoSD: easy clear(sort of), stage 3 normal clear
PCB: Stage 4 clear( eff you Lunasa, seriously)
IaMP: all clear on easy
IN:easy clear with border and ghost team (almost got it with scarlet team, but my keyboard was bitchy against Kaguya), Stage 3 clear normal
PoFV: all normal clear (easy), stage 5 Komachi extra
StB:stage 3 (had a save with stage 5 accessible, but I lost that one)
Mof: stage 5 clear with MarisaB, stage 3 with anything else (both easy)
SWR: all clear (easy)
SA:got to Okuus last spellcard with Marisa A, easy
UFO: got to CAPTAIN MOTHERFUCKING MURASA, easy
UNL:all clear, easy
DS:Stage 7
GFW: stage 2, never made it even with continues :/
