pff... Tardigrades can take it.  Are you really going to let a microscopic organism outdo you?
I would. Would you let a giant outwimp you?

I'm not a giant.  How could I compete with a giant wimp?

Just had pizza.
And now my friend is watching Ikiru.
Meanwhile, I managed to convince him to get either Soul Calibur or BlazBlue, most likely the latter because he likes the art style.

I really need to get Continuum Shift.  I hear Bang Shishigami plays a whole lot better in that one, which is cool seeing as I play as him the most.

A disease. Which shouldn't be very hard seeing how humans spread like a virus on the planet that we already live on.

New info about the game Infinity; seems we will be seeing some VERY major progress very soon. He formed a company, hired another dev (and is looking for more), and is marketing the I-Novae engine for numerous applications, complete with dev tools.

This took an hour to figure out.

If anyone hasn't tried the SpaceChem demo, I highly recommend it.

This is the new Tetris for brain people.

Points for Ultimaroons the Movie:  It does a great job of accurately portraying the Ultramarines as a bunch of egotistical gloryhogging douchebutts.

At least it wasn't Space Wolves: The Movie: The Wolf of the Wolfing Wolfer of Wolves; RETURN OF THE WOLVES
Space wolves aren't all about wolves. Space wolves are all about Viking. Who were, wouldn't you know, all about wolves.

G'head and hate them, but you wish you were in a feast hall drinking out of a skull.
While in power armor.

Yeah, he's a banned spammer. Normally we'd delete this thread too, but people were having too much fun with it by the time we got here.

Although he would still die. Horribly. Like, your eyes boiling horribly.

Dying in hard vacuum isn't that bad. You feel kind of weird, then pass out after about 20-25 seconds. The biggest pain comes from being ignorant enough to try to hold your breath, which creates a massive pressure differential and damages your lungs/airways. Aside from that, nothing particularly traumatic happens, especially not by the time you're already unconscious.

Of course, if you're in direct sunlight, that might suck for you.
Makes sense, there's not much you can freeze to death because there's not much to convect or conduct to.
The pressure differential matters, but not a lot. When you think of it, it's only a single atmosphere of pressure; divers have to deal with much worse. Granted, things start to swell up a little and exposed fluids start to boil off, but that probably feels more tingly than anything.
Here's the most comprehensive analysis of vacuum exposure on human body by Geoffrey Landis, a scientist at NASA John Glenn Research Center:
http://www.geoffreylandis.com/vacuum.html

His main point of reference is the Bioastronautics Data Book, which you can get from here:
https://www.stormingmedia.us/78/7889/0788947.html
...for as little as $100.

Any body else here played 'Super Mario Bros. X' lately? So freaking cash! Glad to see that even if Nintendo dosn;t know what to do with it's property, fans do. Best mario game ever, including Super Mario Bros. 3, and that is saying something.
