I had to load up my boot disk, mount my HDD's filesystems and go back into rc.conf to fix it.
That was fun, if a bit annoying.

Everything loaded up just fine, but then GDM disabled mouse and keyboard input.

I had the greatest dream...I raised a tiger from being just a little thing into a full-grown one, with leopard print, apparently. I had to stock my backyard with gazelles to keep it fed one it was weaned. It was such a cute and cuddly creature. One day when it was all grown up I took him on a walk to the bowling alley-flea market, where an elephant was doing tricks, and I had to remember if she was okay around other wild animals. At one time, she ran off to investigate something, and I had to call her back saying "Kitty!", since apparently her name was some long huge dwarven one like Tigerstanced the Law of Spiking or something.
