I'm in lesson, looking some stuff up about the Ghost in the Shell serise and my tutor looks over my shoulder, commenting that he's seen both TV serises and the first film.

If anyone here lives in the UK and hasn't met their Member of Parliament in person, do so.

I saw mine today, and he was awesome.  He said all kinds of stuff he wouldn't get away with saying in public and, well, it was interesting.  He also got by surprisingly well given that he's a Liberal Democrat talking to a bunch of people who will be hit by the tuition fee rises.

Bought a new pop filter and some nice strings today. Also checked out a few nice small condenser mics. Going to do some research on my options and head back tomorrow to pick up one, or possibly a matched pair.
