Yes, actually. Fairly easily, too. The only problem is that a lot of those measures don't have as many notes as they should. There are blank spaces where there should be rests, though which blank spaces need which rests is going to forever be a mystery. Never shall the world hear the melody upon this piece of paper drawn entirely in electrons and colored lenses.

Oh.
You've got it backwards.
Those are just terminal backgrounds.
Basically: you go into your terminal settings and tell it to load an image instead of just displaying a solid colour.
