It works very well nincompoop. I tend to suspect those around me, even my own family, of wanting to hurt me or lieing to my face very often. Hell a few years back when I had really low self esstem I suspected my own mother would stab me in the back, litterally, take a knife and jam it into my spinal collum. It's not too much of a hinderance to be honest, and it helps more than it harms, so I don't feel like haveing it treated.
