I think so, everybody's been fed up with dealing with it because he refused to get one.  My dad told him off a week or so ago after he said "good" when my brother failed his Air Force entrance exam.  He couldn't hear and assumed he passed.

the H50 performs well.

all the noise in my comp now comes from the shown GPU fan, and I plan on fixing that.
