Local weather is actually calling for a fair chance of snow on Christmas Day. I can't remember the last time we had snow on Christmas Day. I think maybe once like 25-30 years ago when I was a kid?

Just cooked an actual meal for the first time in my life. It had suet in it. I did not know that was a thing before today! But now I do.

I just wrapped a present for the first time in my life. It was rather fun for some reason. I of course took after my mom in present wrapping so there is atleast half a pound of tape on both presents I wrapped.

Cooking, sewing, stuff like that.
Generally considered a 'girls' class' in the same way shop is a 'guys' class,' but, just as more girls are taking shop, so too are more guys taking home ec.

I could really use a class like that, all things considered.

I can cook, yeah, but I can't sew.  And there's probably things I don't know that I don't even know I don't know!

My school only really has the woodwork side of things, design tech, stuff like that. Which sucks, especially since I think our sister school gets both. So no, I haven't, but cooking is definitely a thing I could get into.

I, too, can cook.
I knew how to knit, but I've forgotten (that was when I was 7 or so), and I could sew, if I just figured out how to use that gods damned contraption with all the needles and spinning baubles and bits.
Shouldn't be too hard, really.
I just have to sit down and RTFM or some-odd.
