You seem to be mistaking books where you have to worry about vampires for books where vampires date you.

And you think that those in column B do not fall into column A?

Loglan is used as the universal man/machine linguistic interface in The Moon is a Harsh Mistress.  I found it limiting and inorganic and fraught with oversimplifications of the real world.  It's great for expressing 99.9% of the real world with laser-sharp precision, but it's kind of weird how they did it.  Verbs have slots for ordered subclauses, like the word for 'travels' expects you to specify where they travel to and from and how and on what ticket in a certain specific order, and add modifiers to skip slots.  In the end, each verb has its own unique form and it's not very generic.  But...Yeah, I can see it being useful when you need a universal, heavily-standardized language.  It works for that.  But heavily-standardized sucks.  When you want to hang a picture, you don't go shopping for nails that are 6.000" +/- 0.002" long, with a bevel of 10.0 degrees +/- 0.015.

Oh Mike! I haven't read that since I was a kid, plus I was distracted by all the crazy types of marriage I think.

And yeah, that's what I assumed. But it seems appealing as an abstract, to change how you think about your other language(s). Or for what Heinlein used it for. No room for ambiguity there. But I wouldn't want to have to use ordered subclauses in common speech.

You don't use freedom Penguin. First you demand it, then you have it.
No using. That's not what freedom is for.

B is totally a subset of A.

Also, I was born in 1990.
