Does anyone know a program or website that will let you schedule a download during low traffic hours? My ISP says if the downloads happen then the Fair Access policy won't rape my computer speed.

I know Microtorrent has a scheduler, but I don't know about DDL or other torrent programs.

It's okay so far. Nothing too different from the British version so far. What I like is that BBC has new episodes of their version on tomorrow, while new US ones air Sundays. I like this setup.

Dodge Viper being chased by a Cobra attack helicopter. It's keeping to the usual Top Gear antics so far.

I like how the British Stig has all sorts of bizarre stuff playing on his radio, like a vuvezela megamix, or songs in morse code, or erotic novel audio books as he drives. Jeremy's commentary was more entertaining as well.
