Are we still listing our weirdly specific interests from when we were children?  Mine included insects, especially ants, sailboats, Star Wars novels, architecture, World War 2, post-apocalyptic movies, surgery, and my copious collection of Legos.  That's all stuff from between the ages of six and eleven or so.

Among other things, when I was five years old, I remember pouting in preschool.  Because we were being taught how to tie our shoes, a skill I had already mastered, and the teacher keep calling the loops bunny-ears.  I insisted on calling them loops, because bunny-ears was childish.

That was me at the age of five.  Yes, I have been an uptight stick in the mud my entire life.

That said, it's not like I had a problem with other kids when I was one.  The ability to freely imagine and pretend out loud smoothed over so many issues.  Heck, I was way more social when I was a kid until about age ten, when I kinda realized I was a dork.  And then my school principle publicly and officially labeled me as such.  That fucked things up for a couple years.

Cat came back!
.. The very next day?
She's still young, it's almost winter outside, and it was her first gone-for-a-whole-day-trip. So I might have been slightly more worried than I had to be. She didn't respond/come running when I called to her, either, something she usually does. Still have no real idea where she was. Certainly nowhere in the nearby area. I suspect the fields nearby, though. Plenty of prey and stuff.

Whenever Toady One says "he he he" in his devlog updates I hear Hella Jeff going HE HE HE in my head.
Yeah the 'he he he' bothers me not because he uses it, but I can't figure out the context of it. It's it like 'heheheh', or something else? I always read it like a monotonous 'He. He. He.'

I'm not sure if I've shown this.

I'm not sure if I want to.

...what? That is either idiotic or the greatest crossover ever.

Hmm one of the potential jobs I could have soon (if this game of phone tag would freaking end already) is at toysrus, and suddenly I'm wondering if I could even deal with the horde of kids that come with that job...

Working on my new novel outline.  Surprisingly enough, I'm pillaging work I did maybe four years ago and, other than my problems with strangely mechanistic description, it's actually pretty good!

Of course, my professor will hate it.  But I don't care.

It's from Disgaea 2, they redid the sprites to Gurren Lagann.
