I'm thinking about going down to Blockbuster tomorrow and picking up a few rental DVDs. Any recommendations for films?

Memento, The Usual Suspects, and Snatch.

To name a few.

If you're getting Snatch, you have to get Lock, Stock, & And Two Smoking Barrels as well (Yes, that is all the title of one movie.).

You could also get Jacob's Ladder, which inspired Silent Hill. There's also 12 Angry Men (And I mean the old awesome black and white version, not the new stupid one.).

I just got done watching Night of the Living Dead, because I'm way overdue to see something that classic.

Wonderful music.  I've listened to it maybe 20 times in a row already.

On top of that, the faster middle section at 1:33/2:20 is perfectly paced to match ChairmanPoo's dancing Charmander avatar.

That had one the shittiest (and abrupt) endings of any movie I've seen.  No sir, I don't like it.  I don't mind the occasional downer ending, but that one was bullshit.

The only worse ending I can think of offhand was in Return of the Living Dead (same genre;  isn't that convenient?), but at least that derptacular ending followed a derptacular movie.

The ending in question:
