We already have enough politics threads as is, and I can't find a good general purpose one.  So I'll just link this video here.  I don't give a damn about MoveOn.org or whatever, it's just a funny video, and apparently if you watch it while logged onto Facebook (which I abstain from), it'll put your face and name everywhere.  Clever and entertaining.

I've found the single largest carvern to date that I've encountered in Minecraft. It's full of coal, iron, gold, zombies, creepers, spiders, and skelletons. Unfortunately, I lost a batch of equipment when I fell down a gap and got eaten by Giant Cave Spiders. Well, try, try again...

Hah, sucks for you, should have sprung for the real Subsistence release.

Topical: Shit on a shingle, Barack Obama on the Daily Show.  They finally got around to it.

I don't care if they've stopped making it, I am not paying $110 plus postage, that's retarded.

I love that The Daily Show and the Colbert Report have as much sway as they do. They are the best. I think if Fox was just over run by the two for a couple of days straight, America would be a better place. Also if Beck was gone.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

I explored deeper into the cavern system I found, now dubbed the Ultracavern.

Bad News: Absurdly high levels of monsters, enough magma that it'll take me a good deal of time to make certain areas passable, and I fell into the magma with a whole platoon of monsters while carrying a full set of equipment.

Good News: Diamonds Everywhere. I could build a tower out of all the diamonds in the Ultraca-

...

I need to get to work, then.

Indeed. Comedians, particularly political comedians, have a surprisingly clear idea on what goes on in the world.

Virginity is like a bubble: one prick, all gone.
