In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

AND that finished it. My last dwarf went crazy, and thus ended the tale of Northsyrups! 2 goblin ambush squads and 2 forgotten beasts attacking in 1 year destroyed the fortress. If you want the save, there's a fort with steel weapons, goblins, and forgotten beasts.

EDIT: That was my first fortress to crumble to it's end too. I feel so proud :D.

I remember ten minutes ago, when sanity and logic ruled the universe. Gosh those were great times.

And you misspelled Hearsay.  Really badly.  That means you need to invest in some better spelling skills... friendo.

I contend that MSH intended to write "hearsay."

I... need to brush up on the difference between Warhammer 40k and Arthurian legend.  BRB.

Heresy's a pretty big thing when the God-Emperor is concerned. I'd assume this would be true no matter the setting.

Indeed.  But "hearsay" makes a lot more sense in terms of King Arthur.  So does "suddenly changing laws of physics."
