At first, I did not like the ukulele.
Then I hear this guy.
That is how you play the little Portugese instrument that everyone thinks is Hawaiian.
Holy hell...
I don't even know what to call that, but I like it.

I got that same recuperacoon message with my shirts, too :x
Every single instance of people getting shirts had that message as far as I have seen. Seems the guy who shipped them either only made one or messed up the process.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Jake Shimabukuro.
Heard the ukulele and decided to play it like a guitar.
If you listen to his stuff, you can hear everything from country to jazz to metal.
Apparently he's done some normal Hawaiian stuff, but they're not mixed in with the good stuff.

Jumping on the bandwagon with some of those comments; Holy hell, that was an awesome solo.

This one's also great.
I got to see him live once.
Free concert I got dragged along to.
He opened for Jack Johnson.
Forgot about him until Heartbeat came up while shuffling my jukebox, and I heard the solo again.

Wish granted. I think this qualifies, on all accounts.

Just wrote a poem for English.
Half the poem is in Chinese.
This is why I love creative writing.
I can write bilingual poems and get away with it. 8)

Every time I listen to that Shimabukuro guy I can't help but think of the Cracked TV episode that had him in it and giggle.

Mod it real quick so you can play as elves or something.
I've always preferred playing as humans.

I am the ever-burning sun of kindness, shining my warm fuzzies onto everyone with my light and fair posts.

Actually, in other things that made me happy today, I just thought up an unverifiable social experiment... I'm kind of wondering how one's avatar influences one's own posts.  If someone is told to post in an account with an "aggressive" avatar, how does their behavior change from "happy" avatars and no avatar?  Is there any difference?

Rather than banning someone, could we just make an avatar force-change for some amount of time to alter their behavior?  Or are the behavioral patterns I see the results of someone feeling aggressive and swapping to a more aggressive-looking projection of themselves?

Dunno.  Seems kind of pointless.  But I enjoy this sort of thought experiment.

I dunno, if she starts playing Dwarves it would mean her hate for them would be dying down a bit. But I agree about playing as Humans. U's forever mate.

Edit: Vector, I do wonder about this too. Some avatars bring people to obscurity of never being known or recognized by anybody else, where other avatars will make even a boring person popular. I've always wanted to know what unique and fresh things one could have to manipulate this, although it's subjective enough to be a fickle study.
