I dropped the 'f bomb' in class today, everyone sorta turned and looked at me. So I have started to cut back on swearing.

So far in two posts today I have avoided saying fuck.

Oh shit.

It is suppriseingly hard to avoid useing them once you've gotten used to useing 'sentance enhancers'

I haven't sworn verbally in at least... 3 weeks. They slip into my typing though.

I don't swear verbally at all actually.  It's better off for me I think.

I really need to learn to stop casually swearing.  At least I have the presence of mind to only do it around people I know I can with.  Around my father - unlimited swearing; Mother - use "fuck" and "shit" only as needed enhancers; friends - swear when they do, or at least when doing other stuff like drinking that morally outweighs swearing anyway; everyone else - no swearing.  It does stop me mid-sentence sometimes as I catch myself about to say something I shouldn't, but at least I do catch myself.  I just need to learn to stop as a matter of course.

I got Earth: The Book.

It's pretty great isn't it?  I can't think of any one quote that worthy of being typed above any other.
