Last time I flew it was on a 737, we flew in a 777 this time, and I hear they even have 787s. Wow, it's been a long time. The flight was very pleasant, there was a flight attendant that kept calling me sir. He made me feel important. I forgot how awesome these flights can be.

I managed to go on a run and do some pushups/situps/whatever this morning, and I haven't had any processed sugar so far today.  Pretty good!

I am so confused right now. But either way it's a cool 44o for all you Americans (and Burmese?) in the audience. When it hits summer it'll stay up around 110o. The weather here is moronic.
